Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened, unused parts may be returned within 30 days. Returns due to incorrect fitment or installed parts may be subject to restocking fees. See the sections below for full details.
Eligible returns
You may return new, unopened parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Parts must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
Returns for defective parts are handled separately and are not subject to the same time limit. See "Defective parts" below.
Fitment and compatibility
You are responsible for verifying part fitment before ordering. Returns due to incorrect fitment (wrong part for your equipment, wrong part number ordered) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Parts that have been installed, modified, painted, or otherwise altered cannot be returned except as defective under warranty.

How to return
- Contact us to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason.
- Once approved, pack the part securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the part.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective part).
Defective parts
If you receive a defective or damaged part, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Defective parts covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned per the manufacturer's instructions; we can assist with the process.
Claims for damage in transit must be reported promptly and may require photos or documentation. Please retain original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Core exchange
For core exchange programs (e.g., returning a used engine block or transmission for credit), specific terms apply as described at the time of purchase. Core returns must meet the program's conditions and be returned within the specified timeframe.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned: special orders, custom-machined parts, fluids and chemicals (if opened), and items marked as non-returnable at checkout. If in doubt, ask before ordering.
